We are looking for servers and bartenders to join the Yallsome team! Previous restaurant experience is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers upon entrance & throughout their entire experience in the restaurant
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to upsell items
• Take/serve orders and answer questions about potential allergy concerns
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Handle guest complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements:

• Able to work long shifts if possible, sometimes up to 8-10 hours
• Stand/walk for entirety of shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years of age, must be at least 21 years of age for bartending
• Must have a positive attitude and ability work well under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and multitask

**Hourly pay rate is $2.13/hr for cashiers/servers, plus tips. Bartenders are paid $5/hr, plus tips. Front of house shift leaders are paid $7.25/hr, plus tips. We use a tip pooling policy so cash and card tips are shared between the Front of House staff. Average weekly checks for servers range between $400-800 per week, depending on business and amount of hours worked.
