Dietary Restrictions & Allergens

We are happy to help you accommodate your guests’ dietary needs. Most of our Buffet options are easy for guests with dietary restrictions (GF, DF, Vegetarian or Vegan) to navigate as the dishes are separate and can be labeled to indicate those key ingredients. If you have particular dietary needs or concerns, please bring those to our attention so that we can ensure a great experience for you and your guests.
We are also happy to help label dishes with relevant allergen information or make a separate dish free from the concerning ingredient(s) if you or a guest has an allergy to a particular product.
However, please note that all of our kitchens contain wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, meat, soy, nuts, eggs, and many other potential allergens. We CANNOT guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens or cross-contamination. If you or one of your guests has a severe or life-threatening allergy, our food cannot be 100% allergen free and guests should use extreme caution when considering a decision to partake.

For our Catering & Event bookings, we apply a 5% Service Fee. We additionally apply an 18% Gratuity for on-site & off-site staffed events & 10% for delivery & set up. This gratuity is paid to the staff who delivers & serves your food and beverages, as a tip would be.
If you require servers or bartenders for your event, there may be an additional fee depending on the type and duration of your event.
In some cases, these fees may be waived or changed, so if you have a concern, please let your Catering Coordinator know.
Finally, you are always welcome to leave an additional tip for great service, but our fees are intended to be distributed among all of the staff responsible for your event’s success, so money given to any individual staff member will be shared equally unless you specifically contact us with instructions otherwise.

We are currently able to provide limited Event Planning services. This includes things like visiting your location to discuss how you want it to be set up, providing a specific floor plan for events on site, helping with music or decor that you provide, planning a custom food or drink menu, and other light planning that is related to the food and beverage service for your event.
We do not provide rental or rental coordination services, extensive decor services, custom cake cutting services, wedding planning, specialty lighting or music coordination services. If you have an Event Planner, we can work with this person to help ensure that the Catering Service is well executed within the parameters of the event.
We may be able to help direct you to professional services that we have worked with and recommend if you are in need of suggestions for florals, music, lights, rentals or wedding coordination.

We are able to cater weddings and rehearsal dinners – we love being part of your special day!
We do require that most weddings provide a coordinator, point person or day-of coordinator for us to communicate with ahead of time so that we are able to have questions answered without bothering the wedding party.
Unless you are working with a full-service wedding coordinator, we consider weddings to be Custom Events, regardless of the menu chosen, so we will work with you to establish a plan that fits within your budget for the planning and coordination that will go into executing your vision for your Big Day.
For wedding customers, we offer a complimentary food & drink tasting for up to 4 people to help with your menu planning.

We do have several event spaces that are equipped with screens for you to use for slideshows, presentations or movies. We do not provide cords or other technology but we are happy to help you see if what you have will work on our system. If you have music you want to play in your event space, we are happy to help with that!

We do offer established non-profits a discount on certain of our services. We can work with these non-profit to establish a budget and plan that meets your needs.
